The medical and spiritual care team at Rosedale Hospice and our counselling staff created this booklet. The book is intended to help those who are at the end-of-life, or those who are supporting a loved one, understand the final stages of life. The order form below will allow you to order physical or digital copies of the booklet to be shared with your clients, family members, or used yourself.

Life’s Last Chapter may not be copied, published, distributed or reproduced outside of your organization, clientele, or family in any way, in whole or in part, without the express written permission of Hospice Calgary. As a not-for-profit hospice society, we depend on donations and fundraising efforts to cover the cost of creating this booklet.
