Through Hospice Calgary, families with children aged 19 and under are supported as they adjust to the changes in their lives when someone close to them is living with an advanced illness or has died.
Using individual, family counselling and group support, we work with children, teens, and their families to help them gain the tools they need to face grief.
Our Community Hospice counselling services and group programs support individuals and families facing any advanced illness. Clients indicate support increases their ability to live well with their illness, improves their quality of life, and broadens their coping skills.
When adults with cancer need 24-hour, residential end-of-life care, Rosedale Hospice is turned to as a home away from home.
