Using individual, family counselling and group support, we compassionately support people through grief. Our Child and Family Grief Counsellors are recognized experts in end-of-life, grief and trauma counselling for those aged 19 years and younger.

Living with Advanced Illness Centre Services

Clients of Hospice Calgary can receive counselling or group support from the point of diagnosis of a life-threatening illness. Our counsellors help clients navigate challenging times.

Clients include those living with advanced illness and their family members, with some of the families having children 19 and under.

Group programs for children, teens, and families can help reduce isolation, foster connection, establish resilience, and build community. 

We offer the following programs for children, teens, and families: Kids Club, Common Ground, and The Village.  

Hospice Calgary offers counselling and support to those living with advanced illness, as well as their close family members and friends of all ages. Our seminars provide participants with the awareness, skills and knowledge.

Rosedale Hospice offers a life-affirming alternative to hospitalization or dying at home, focusing on quality of life.

Located in the Northwest Calgary community of Rosedale, it is a seven-bed hospice in a quiet, peaceful home for adults with cancer.
