Support for Adults & Families with Advanced Illness

Peer Connection

Group programs bring together individuals facing a similar experience. The individuals in the group act as a source of insight and mutual support, while reducing isolation. 

All group programs are based out of Sage Centre, which is wheelchair accessible and has free parking. 

Living with Cancer Program is our award-winning weekly program for adults who are living with advanced cancer and their adult family caregivers. For more information on this program, click here

Living Through Loss is our monthly drop-in group for bereaved adults looking for an understanding place to share their experiences with grief. Family members and friends from Community Hospice Services and Rosedale Hospice are invited to connect with each other through this program. 

Telephone Bereavement Support is for our adult clients connected with Hospice Calgary through the Living with Cancer Program or Rosedale Hospice, are offered Telephone Bereavement Support monthly from our trained volunteers.

Living with Cancer Program

Our award-winning weekly program for adults who are living with advanced cancer and their adult family caregivers. Our wrap around approach includes weekly check-ins and navigational guidance through healthcare systems. Designed to offer relief, connectivity, and comfort, our team is ready to respond to each unique need.
