Child & Family Grief Services

Through Hospice Calgary, families with children aged 19 and under are supported as they adjust to the changes in their lives when someone close to them is living with an advanced illness or has died. 

Using individual, family counselling and group support, we work with children, teens, and their families to help them gain the tools they need to face grief. 

Living with Advanced Illness Centre Services

Clients of Hospice Calgary can receive counselling or group support from the point of diagnosis of a life-threatening illness. Our counsellors help clients navigate challenging times.

Clients include those living with advanced illness and their family members, with some of the families having children 19 and under.
