Living with Advanced Illness

Individual and family counselling for patients, families, and caregivers with any advanced illness. Counselling is provided in person at our SE location, by telephone, and by Zoom telehealth. Coming soon, this program stream will also include our in-home volunteer program that will provide emotional and practical services for people living with illness at home.
